Climb Care Collective is operating from Moorabbin (Bayside Strength & Recovery) for hangboard assessments and return to climbing, grappling and calisthenics and Camberwell (Camberwell Hand Rehab) for hand therapy and splinting appointments.

I’m an Upper Body Physiotherapist, Movement Coach, and Founder of Climb Care Collective, based in Melbourne.

With a deep curiosity for how the body works from the unique grips trained in climbing to the demanding shoulder positions in BJJ, calisthenics and gymnastics I’ve supported youth & adult athletes across a wide range of sports.

This has given me a strong appreciation for long-term athletic development and the importance of building strong movement foundations. Alongside unique adolescent athlete injuries and key training considerations during rapid periods of growth and development.

I help athletes create clarity on what to focus on in your rehab with an emphasis on training modifications rather than complete rest because I know how frustrating it can be to take time away from your favourite sport.

Whether you’re navigating a finger niggle, a wrist/shoulder mobility restriction post injury or working through fear after time off I’ll help unpack what’s going on and make a clear plan to get you back to the skills you care about.

Outside of the clinic, I’m usually bouldering, rolling on the BJJ mats, or off on a spontaneous outdoor adventure with my partner in our CRV!
